Retaining Our Firm:

If you become a client of Beasley Law Office, you will sign a written retainer document. Our initial cash retainer is a minimum of $1,500.00 and these funds are held in trust and applied to your accounts and disbursements. You will be required to maintain a trust balance of $500.00 at all times. It is the practice of our firm to render accounts each week that your file is active so that you are kept informed of the work that is being done and the cost to you.

Our hourly rates are as follows:

	Joanne G. Beasley	$400.00
	Lora Olsthoorn	$150.00
	Law Clerks	$125.00
	Clerks / Students	$75.00

Lora Olsthoorn is on the Legal Aid panel and is accepting Legal Aid files. We recommend that you complete your Legal Aid application prior to making an appointment with our office.

Beasley Law Office will make every effort to minimize your expenses by utilizing the services of experienced, but less costly, support staff, wherever possible.
